Pratt Lyons (Pratt Lyons) was born on September 17, 1974 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at Trimble (Fort Worth, TX), Lyons attended Troy State University and Utah State University. Lyons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Tennessee Oilers. He played for the Tennessee Oilers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1997 was Pratt Lyons's best year.
