Assests aquired LaMarcus Aldridge Brandon Roy Sergio Rodriguez Joel Freeland 2 2007 2nd round picks 1 2008 2nd round picks
Assests departed Sebastian Telfair Theo Ratliff Viktor Khryapa 2008 2nd round pick Cash
I think the Blazers did a very solid job, in fact I would say a great job if they could have kept Khryapa. I think they could have gotten Aldridge at #4, but they new what man they wanted and they went out and got him. The Roy pick is great. This draft is more that we could have hoped for. Here is what peeked my intrest the most. With Paul Allen spending actual money to improve the team and aquire assests does this mean that he is interested in the team again? I would think so, do you really put that much effort into the draft and trades to only sell it, I don't think so. And you know they are not done. They still have to get ride of Miles.
