Pop Dillon

Pop Dillon (Frank Edward Dillon) was born on October 17, 1873 in Normal, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 8, 1899 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1901, his rookie year, he hit .288 with 1 home run and 42 RBI. Dillon played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Tigers, Baltimore Orioles and Brooklyn Superbas over the course of his 5 year career.
