I want to note that FLOYD MAYWEATHER is the only person on this list that has never lost. He's never even been close to losing.

I'm not sure I agree with that, Prophet. While it's true that he's not fighting in the golden age of boxing, he has beaten quality opponents like: Oscar De La Hoya, Zab Judah, Arturo Gatti, José Luis Castillo, and Diego Corrales. Don't you think that's impressive?

It's good, but it's not great. A lot of these boxers are stars because there's no one else. Boxing is on life support, and while Mayweather is a great boxer, he has been allowed to dominate without much strong opposition

Well, boxing is on life support because it's institutionally corrupt, not because boxers aren't good anymore. Mayweather has fought and beaten everyone they've put in front of him and that is the definition of dominating, which was the question of this post. Anyway, you've made good points and I thank you for you opinions.
