If Sterling let Elgin Baylor do his job he would have had a winner a long time ago. Everytime Elgin built up the club and had very good players and coach the owner would step in and do something stupid, trade someone, not pay them enough so they left or all kinds of things. He even admired it not to long ago. Baylor has over the years gotten very good draft choices but has never been allowed to develop them with a good coach.
