I think Philly deserves one, just on the surface. But, I don't think the WNBA should be expanding right now. Women's basketball is slowly getting better, but they have to wait for the talent to catch up to the product. They don't have enough talent to spread it out, AND, they're not making enough money to open up additional franchises. Maybe in a few years.
