Plato Andros (Plato Gus Andros) was born on November 28, 1921 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Central (Oklahoma City, OK), Andros attended the University of Oklahoma. Andros made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 4 year career.
