Phillippi Sparks (Phillippi Dwaine Sparks) was born on April 15, 1969 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ), Sparks attended Arizona State University and Glendale Community College. Sparks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Phillippi Sparks's best year, as he picked off 5 passes.
