Phillip Riley (Phillip Riley) was born on September 24, 1972 in Orlando, Florida. After going to high school at Jones (Orlando, FL), Riley attended Florida State University and Garden City Community College. Riley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
