Phillip Buchanon (Phillip Darren Buchanon) was born on September 19, 1980 in Fort Myers, Florida. After going to high school at Lehigh (Fort Myers, FL), Buchanon attended the University of Miami. Buchanon made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the Oakland Raiders. He has played for the Oakland Raiders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Houston Texans over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 2003 was Phillip Buchanon's best year, as he picked off 6 passes, ran back 2 interceptions for touchdowns, had 491 punt return yards and ran back 2 punts for touchdowns.
