Phil Sobocinski (Philip Lee Sobocinski) was born on July 2, 1945 in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at South Milwaukee (WI), Sobocinski attended the University of Wisconsin. Sobocinski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1968 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 1 year career.
