Phil Ragazzo (Philip John Ragazzo) was born on June 24, 1915 in Niles, Ohio. Ragazzo attended Case Western Reserve University. Ragazzo made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Rams over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 1945 was Phil Ragazzo's best year.
