Phil Pettey (Phil Pettey) was born on April 17, 1961 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Bradford, Pettey attended the University of Missouri. Pettey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
