Phil Leftwich

Born on May 19, 1969 in Lynchburg, Virginia, Phil Leftwich (Phillip Dale Leftwich) played for the California Angels for his entire 3 year career. Leftwich broke into the bigs on July 29, 1993 with the California Angels, and put up a 3.79 ERA in 80.2 innings pitched in 1993, his rookie year.
