Phil Glover (Phillip Dwyain Glover) was born on December 17, 1975 in San Fernando, California. After going to high school at Clark (Las Vegas, NV), Glover attended The Univesity of Utah and Washington State Universtiy. Glover made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Tennessee Titans. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans over the course of his 2 year career.
