Phil Clarke (Phil Clarke) was born on January 19, 1977 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at South Miami (FL), Clarke attended the University of Pittsburgh. Clarke made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 2000 was Phil Clarke's best year.
