Pete Stout (J.P. Stout) was born on June 1, 1923 in Throckmorton, Texas. Stout attended Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas. Stout made his professional debut in the NFL in 1949 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1949 was Pete Stout's best year, as he ran in 4 TDs.
