Pete Scott (Floyd John Scott) was born on December 21, 1897 in Woodland, California. He made his Major League debut on April 13, 1926 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1926, his rookie year, he hit .286 with 3 home runs and 34 RBI. Scott played for the Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates over the course of his 3 year career.
