Pete Perez (Peter J. Perez) was born on April 29, 1924 in Aurora, Illinois. After going to high school at Marmion Military Academy (IL), Perez attended the University of Illinois. Perez made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
