Pete Gent (George Davis Gent) was born on August 23, 1942 in Bangor, Michigan. After going to high school at Bangor (MI), Gent attended Michigan State University. Gent made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1966 was Pete Gent's best year.
