Pete D'Alonzo (Peter Joseph D'Alonzo) was born on May 26, 1929 in Orange, New Jersey. After going to high school at Orange (NJ), D'Alonzo attended Villanova University. D'Alonzo made his professional debut in the NFL in 1951 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1951 was Pete D'Alonzo's best year.
