Pete Calac (Pedro Calac) was born on May 13, 1892 in Rincon Indian Res., California. After going to high school at Carlisle Indian (Carlisle, PA), Calac attended Carlisle Indian and West Virginia Wesleyan College. Calac made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Washington Senators and Canton Bulldogs over the course of his 2 year APFA career.Calac also played in the NFL for 5 years, playing for the Canton Bulldogs, Oorang Indians and Buffalo Bisons over the course of his 5 year NFL career.
