Perry Pruett (Perry W. Pruett) was born on March 7, 1949 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Dalworth (Grand Prairie, TX), Pruett attended the University of North Texas. Pruett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 1 year career.
