Perry Kemp (Perry Commodore Kemp) was born on December 31, 1961 in Cannonsburg, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Fort Cherry (McDonald, PA), Kemp attended California University of Pennsylvania. Kemp made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Perry Kemp's best year, as he hauled in 48 receptions and had 611 receiving yards.
