Percell Gaskins (Percell McGahee Gaskins) was born on April 25, 1972 in Daytona Beach, Florida. After going to high school at Seabreeze (Ormand Beach, FL), Gaskins attended Kansas State University and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Gaskins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the Carolina Panthers and St. Louis Rams over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1996 was Percell Gaskins's best year.
