Paul Winslow (Paul Lawrence Winslow) was born on February 28, 1938 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. After going to high school at P.W. Moore (Elizabeth City, NC), Winslow attended North Carolina Central University. Winslow made his professional debut in the NFL in 1960 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
