Paul Wiggins (Paul Anthony Wiggins) was born on August 17, 1973 in Portland, Oregon. After going to high school at Benson (Portland, OR), Wiggins attended the University of Oregon. Wiggins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Washington Redskins and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 2 year career.
