Paul Wiggin (Paul David Wiggin) was born on November 18, 1934 in Modesto, California. After going to high school at Manteca (CA), Wiggin attended Modesto Junior College and Stanford University. Wiggin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1957 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1960 was Paul Wiggin's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
