Paul Szakash (Paul Michael Szakash) was born on May 5, 1913 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Fenger (Chicago, IL), Szakash attended the University of Montan. Szakash made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1941 was Paul Szakash's best year.
