Born on September 16, 1970 in Lima, Ohio, Paul Shuey (Paul Kenneth Shuey) played for the Cleveland Indians and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 10 year career. Shuey broke into the bigs on May 8, 1994 with the Cleveland Indians, and put up a 2.85 ERA in 53.2 innings pitched in 1996, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Paul Shuey's best season was 1999, when he posted a 3.53 ERA and struck out 103 batters.
