Paul Shields (Paul Lamont Shields) was born on January 31, 1976 in Camp Springs, Maryland. After going to high school at Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ), Shields attended Scottsdale Community College and the University of Arizona. Shields made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Paul Shields's best year.
