Paul Moore (Paul Neely Moore) was born on January 23, 1918 in York, South Carolina. Moore attended Presbyterian College. Moore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.
