Paul Minick (Paul Daniel Minick) was born on December 17, 1899 in Villisca, Iowa. After going to high school at West (Des Moines, IA), Minick attended the University of Iowa. Minick made his professional debut in the AFLG in 1926 with the New York Yankees. He played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the New York Yankees the entire time. Minick also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bisons over the course of his 3 year NFL career.
