Paul Mcjulien (Paul Dorien McJulien) was born on February 24, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Baker (LA), Mcjulien attended Jackson State University. Mcjulien made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1991 was Paul Mcjulien's best year, as he dropped 22 punts inside the 20 and had a 40.4 yard punt average.
