Paul Lindquist (Paul August Lindquist) was born on April 30, 1939 in Brockton, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Abington (MA), Lindquist attended the University of New Hampshire. Lindquist made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 1 year career.

Drafted in 1961 by Minnesota Vikings. Inducted into UNH Hall of Fame. Left the Boston Patriots due to activation of his Army Reserve unit for the Cuban Missile crisis. Mentioned by Patriots Coach Bill Belichick as being a part of the one of the best lines of the Patriots.
