Paul Hynes (Paul Edward Hynes) was born on September 9, 1939 in Sulphur, Louisiana. After going to high school at Sulphur (LA), Hynes attended Louisiana Institute of Technology. Hynes made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the New York Titans. He played for the New York Titans for his entire 2 year career.
