Paul Hutchins (Paul Andre Hutchins) was born on February 11, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Brother Rice (Chicago, IL), Hutchins attended Western Michigan University. Hutchins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.
