Paul Hornung (Paul Vernon Hornung) was born on December 23, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky. After going to high school at Flaget (Louisville, KY), Hornung attended the University of Notre Dame. Hornung made his professional debut in the NFL in 1957 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1960 was Paul Hornung's best year, as he ran for 671 yards and ran in 13 TDs.
