Paul Hartzell

Born on November 2, 1953 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Paul Hartzell (Paul Franklin Hartzell) played for the California Angels, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles and Milwaukee Brewers over the course of his 6 year career. Hartzell broke into the bigs on April 10, 1976 with the California Angels, and put up a 2.77 ERA in 166 innings pitched in 1976, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Paul Hartzell's best season was 1977, when he posted a 3.57 ERA and struck out 79 batters.
