Paul Florence

Paul Florence (Paul Robert Florence) was born on April 22, 1900 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Loyola Academy (Chicago, IL), Florence attended Georgetown University. Florence made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
Florence went on to play baseball in the major leagues. He made his Major League debut on May 22, 1926 for the New York Giants. In 1926, his rookie year, he hit .229 with 2 home runs and 14 RBI. Florence played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
