Paul Fersen (Paul Clinton Fersen) was born on February 16, 1950 in Columbus, Georgia. After going to high school at North Fulton (Atlanta, GA), Fersen attended the University of Georgia. Fersen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 2 year career.
