Paul Fairchild (Paul Jay Fairchild) was born on September 14, 1961 in Carroll, Iowa. After going to high school at Ralston (Glidden, IA), Fairchild attended Ellsworth JC and the University of Kansas. Fairchild made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 7 year career.
