Paul Blair (Paul Kevin Blair) was born on August 3, 1963 in Edmond, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Memorial (Edmond, OK), Blair attended Oklahoma State University. Blair made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings over the course of his 3 year career.
