Paul Bako (Gabor Paul Bako) was born on June 20, 1972 in Lafayette, Louisiana. He made his Major League debut on April 30, 1998 for the Detroit Tigers. In 1998, his rookie year, he hit .272 with 3 home runs and 30 RBI. Bako played for the Detroit Tigers, Houston Astros, Florida Marlins, Atlanta Braves, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Dodgers and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 9 year career.
