Patsy Giugliano (Pasquale Raphael Giugliano) was born on December 11, 1900 in Louisville, Kentucky. After going to high school at Dupont Manual (Louisville, KY) and Male (Louisville, KY), Giugliano attended none. Giugliano made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Louisville Brecks. He played for the Louisville Brecks for his entire 1 year career.
