Pat Sheridan (Patrick Arthur Sheridan) was born on December 4, 1957 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on September 16, 1981 for the Kansas City Royals. In 1983, his rookie year, he hit .270 with 7 home runs and 36 RBI. Sheridan played for the Kansas City Royals, Detroit Tigers, San Francisco Giants and New York Yankees over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that Pat Sheridan's best season was 1984, when he hit for a .283 average and knocked in 53 runs.
