Born on July 13, 1967 in Jennings, Louisiana, Pat Rapp (Patrick Leland Rapp) played for the San Francisco Giants, Florida Marlins, Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox, Baltimore Orioles and Anaheim Angels over the course of his 10 year career. Rapp broke into the bigs on July 10, 1992 with the San Francisco Giants, and put up a 4.02 ERA in 94 innings pitched in 1993, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Pat Rapp's best season was 1995, when he posted a 3.44 ERA, won 14 games and struck out 102 batters.
