Pat Mcneil (Patrick McNeil) was born on February 28, 1954 in Pittsburg, California. After going to high school at Killeen (TX), Mcneil attended Baylor University. Mcneil made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1976 was Pat Mcneil's best year.
