Pat Cain (Patrick Cain) was born on October 1, 1962 in Denver, Colorado. After going to high school at Pomona (Arvada, CO), Cain attended Wichita State University. Cain made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
