Pakistan beat England in First Game since the Hair Incident

3
Vote

Pakistan beat England in a Twenty20 game held in Bristol, England.

England batted averagely, and Pakistan's bowlers restricted England to just 144 for 7 in their 20 overs. England batted slowly, with only Marcus Trescothick scoring 53 off 36 balls. Abdul Razzaq bowled well with 3-30 from his 4 overs.

Pakistan batted as well as they needed to, and coasted to a victory inside 18 overs. England bowled badly, with Darren Gough uncharacteristically expensive. Mohammed Hafeez scored 46 off 40 balls, with enough support from others to coast home, finishing with 148 for 5.

Pakistani captain Inzamam-ul-Haq was their at the end.

Great title! I can't believe how much I actually know about this. Well, I do love a good controversy no matter the sport! Jolly good show!
